Daily Dream Teller(이하 “서비스”)는 사용자의 프라이버시를 가장 중요한 가치로 삼습니다.
이 방침은 서비스 이용 과정에서 어떤 정보가 어떻게 처리되고, 어디에 저장되며, 얼마 동안 보관되는지 명확히 안내합니다.
1. 수집 및 처리되는 정보

음성 데이터(일시 처리)
사용자가 ‘말하기로 기록’ 기능을 실행하면, 음성은 전사(Speech-to-Text)와 해몽/감정분석 생성을 위해 암호화(HTTPS)되어 서버로 전송되어 실시간 처리됩니다.
처리가 끝나면 음성은 즉시 폐기됩니다.

전사 결과 및 해몽/감정분석 결과는 사용자 단말(앱 내부)에만 저장됩니다.
서버는 해당 콘텐츠(음성, 전사 텍스트, 해몽·분석 결과)를 보관하지 않습니다.

운영 메타데이터(최소화)
서비스 안정성과 오남용 방지를 위해 필요한 범위에서 비콘텐츠성 기술 정보(예: 오류 코드, 지연 시간, 상태 코드, IP, User-Agent 등)만 최소한으로 수집/처리할 수 있습니다.
이 로그에는 사용자의 음성 원본이나 전사 텍스트, 해몽 내용 등 콘텐츠 자체가 포함되지 않습니다.

선택 프로필 정보(연령대/성별, 단말 저장)
사용자는 해몽 개인화(문맥 보강)를 위해 연령대 및 성별 정보를 선택적으로 입력할 수 있습니다.
해당 정보는 사용자 단말(앱 내부)에만 저장되며, 해몽 요청 시 일시적인 파라미터로 전송되어 처리될 수 있습니다.
당사는 연령대/성별 정보를 서버에 저장/보관하지 않습니다.
2. 이용 목적 및 처리 근거
- 음성의 텍스트 전사 및 전사 텍스트 기반의 꿈 해몽/감정분석 결과 생성
- 연령대/성별(선택 입력) 기반의 해몽 개인화(문맥 보강)
- 서비스 품질 및 보안 확보(오류 진단, 남용 방지, 성능 개선 등) — 최소한의 기술 로그 활용
- 법적 의무 준수 및 분쟁 대응이 필요한 경우
처리 근거: 이용자 요청에 따른 기능 제공(계약의 이행) 및 필요한 경우 이용자 동의, 정당한 이익 등 관련 법령에 따른 근거
3. 보관 장소 및 보유 기간
- 서버 저장 없음: 음성, 전사 텍스트, 해몽/감정분석 결과, (선택 입력된) 연령대/성별 정보는 서버에 저장/보관하지 않습니다.
- 일시 처리: 음성 및 요청 파라미터는 전사/해몽 응답을 생성하는 처리 과정에서만 사용되며, 처리 완료 후 즉시 폐기됩니다.
- 단말 저장: 결과물 및 (선택 입력된) 연령대/성별 정보의 유일한 저장 위치는 사용자 단말입니다. 사용자가 삭제하면 즉시 삭제됩니다.

※ OpenAI API 사용 시, 제출된 데이터는 기본적으로 모델 학습에 사용되지 않습니다(공식 API 정책 기준).
5. 이용자의 권리
- 앱 내에서 꿈 일기, 전사 결과, 해몽/감정분석 데이터를 열람·수정·삭제할 수 있습니다.
- 연령대/성별(선택 입력) 정보 또한 앱 내에서 변경/삭제할 수 있으며, 삭제는 단말에서 이루어집니다.
- 서버는 해당 콘텐츠를 보관하지 않으므로, 콘텐츠 삭제는 단말에서 이루어집니다.
- 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 개인정보 관련 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.
6. 아동의 개인정보
해당 서비스는 원칙적으로 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.
아동의 개인정보가 수집되었다고 의심되는 경우, 아래 연락처로 문의해 주시기 바랍니다.
※ 연령대는 개인화 목적의 선택 입력 정보이며, 특정 개인을 식별하기 위한 용도로 사용하지 않습니다.
7. 보안 조치
- TLS(HTTPS)를 통한 전송 구간 암호화
- 서버 측 일시 처리 후 즉시 폐기 설계
- 접근 통제, 점검 및 모니터링
- 로그에는 콘텐츠(음성/텍스트) 비포함 원칙 적용
8. 제3자 제공
법령상 요구되거나 이용자 동의가 있는 경우를 제외하고, 식별 가능한 형태의 개인정보를 제3자에게 판매·대여·거래하지 않습니다.
9. 국외 이전에 관한 고지
상기 수탁사(예: OpenAI)의 시스템이 국외(미국/EU 등)에 위치할 수 있습니다.
당사는 관련 법령을 준수하여 안전하게 이전 및 처리를 수행합니다.

1) What We Process
- Voice (transient): When you use “Record by voice,” your audio is sent over HTTPS for real-time speech-to-text and dream interpretation/emotion analysis. Audio is discarded immediately after processing.
- Transcripts & Results (on-device): The transcript and interpretation/emotion analysis are stored only on your device. We do not store audio, transcripts, or results on our servers.
- Operational metadata (minimal): For stability and abuse prevention, we may process non-content technical data (e.g., error codes, latency, IP, User-Agent). No content (audio/text) is logged.
- Optional profile context (on-device): You may optionally provide age range and gender to personalize dream interpretation. This information is stored only on your device and may be sent as transient parameters during interpretation requests. We do not store this information on our servers.

- Generate transcripts and dream interpretation/emotion analysis from your voice
- Personalize dream interpretation based on optional age range and gender provided by the user
- Improve reliability and security with minimal technical logs
- Comply with legal obligations or handle disputes where required

- Transient processing only; audio and request parameters are discarded right after generating results
- On-device storage only; deleting in the app removes your data

5) Your Rights
You can view, edit, and delete your diary entries/transcripts/interpretations within the app.
Because we do not store your content on our servers, removal takes place on your device.
You can also edit or delete your optional age range and gender on your device.
6) Children’s Privacy
This service is not intended for children under the age of 14.
If you believe we have collected a child’s data, contact us below.
Age range is collected only for personalization and is not used to identify individual users.
7) Security
